I have an existing website and want to develope it into a feature rich community portal. I am looking for an experienced professional to either customise an existing template or develop one from scratch to work with Joomla.
Features include: Classifieds, Business directory, Real Estate, Trip Planner, Picture and Video galleries, Events calendar, Community self-publishing, Email list management, Jobs/Recruitment, Chat/Forum, eMall, shopping cart, Coupons, Postcards, Automotive, Announcements, News, Sports etc.
In your bid, please include you experience level with Joomla, live examples of relevant Joomla work, and if you will do this custom or clone from something else. I do not require the development of something completely new. If there is something that I like we probably only need to do some changes. So there should not be to much work for you on this.
Also, include the word "portal" in your bid so I know you are not giving me a canned response.
